Are you on the insurer's approved provider list?

We're SIRA-approved across NSW CTP. We bill direct to all major NSW CTP insurers (icare, Allianz, AAMI, NRMA, Suncorp, QBE).

Who coordinates the multidisciplinary care?

One lead clinician (usually OT or physio) coordinates the team and is your single point of contact. Monthly case-conferences with the insurer/case manager.

How fast can you start a participant?

Initial assessment usually within 5 business days of referral. Treatment commences immediately after the insurer approves the plan.

Do you cover regional NSW?

Mobile teams in Sydney metro, Western Sydney, Hunter, Illawarra and Central Coast. Telehealth available statewide.

What does a monthly progress report cover?

Functional progress against goals, treatment frequency, attendance, outcome measures, and proposed plan for the next month. SIRA-compliant format.
