A team that walks beside you,
not in front of you.

What makes us different.
Four things you won’t find in a tick-box NDIS provider — the practical reasons participants and families stay with us.
Multidisciplinary, with weekly case conferences.
Our occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech therapists, behaviour therapists, psychologists and podiatrists meet weekly so progress is shared, challenges are caught early, and your outcome is owned by the whole team — not one clinician.
Music-based speech therapy.
In speech therapy we use a unique music-based approach so sessions are fun, interactive and engaging. It’s an evidence-informed way to build language, communication and cognitive skills — especially for participants who don’t respond to traditional drills.
A mobile fleet — therapy wherever you need it.
Beyond clinic-based sessions we offer flexible mobile therapy. Our team travels to your home, school, day-program or workplace, bringing the same expertise to the place where you’re most comfortable. Telehealth is available where clinically appropriate.
A purpose-built clinic, designed around you.
Our Minchinbury clinic was designed from the ground up for therapy — not retrofitted from an office. Specialist rooms for speech, OT, physiotherapy, podiatry and a dedicated sensory & gym space mean every session happens in the right environment.
Five rooms. One clinical-grade environment.
Each room is fitted with the equipment and atmosphere specific to its discipline — calm sensory profiles, accessible layouts, and the latest assessment tools.

The pillars that hold every session up.
Six values shape how we run our team meetings, write our reports, and answer the phone. They’re the same values whether you’re a participant, a family member, or a clinician on day one.
What we hold ourselves to.
Professionalism, transparency, empathy, integrity, respect and commitment aren’t words on a wall — they’re the principles our clinicians embody every day. We foster an environment where individuals with disabilities and their families feel empowered, knowing their choices are respected.
What we’re working toward.
To set a standard of excellence in personalised care — not just service delivery, but active contribution to the wellbeing and empowerment of our clients and their families. We continuously improve our practices, stay across industry advancements, and adapt to the needs of those we serve.
Why we exist.
At the heart of NCP is a belief that we’re not just a provider — we’re a partner. A partner in your journey toward enhanced quality of life, an advocate when systems are slow, and a steady presence on the days when the work is hard.
