No referral is required. If you have an active NDIS plan we can start within days. If you don’t have a plan yet, our intake team can talk you through eligibility, the access request, and how to nominate goals that match our services.
Plan-managed, self-managed, and NDIA-managed (agency-managed) participants are all welcome. We invoice your plan manager directly so there’s no out-of-pocket admin for you.
Most participants are matched with a clinician within 3–5 business days for in-clinic appointments at our Minchinbury clinic. Mobile / in-home and in-school visits across Western Sydney are typically scheduled the following week.
Yes. Our therapists travel across Sydney for home, school, day-program, and workplace sessions. Telehealth is also available where it’s clinically appropriate.
