What this website sets

On a normal visit, this website sets a small number of cookies. They are all first-party cookies, which means they are stored against this website's own address rather than someone else's.

Measuring how the site is used

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors move through the pages, which pages are read, and where people arrive from. It sets cookies in your browser that last around thirteen months.

Measuring our advertising

This website uses Google Ads to tell whether someone who clicked one of our ads went on to contact us. It sets a cookie in your browser that lasts around ninety days.

Both of these arrive through a Google tag manager, which is loaded on the main pages of the website but is not present on the referral landing pages.

Other services the pages load

Some parts of the website load files from other companies. That connects your browser to them, and depending on how those services are configured they may receive information from your browser or device when their content or code loads. Some may also set or access cookies or similar technologies on their own domains. We do not control those third-party technologies directly.

• Google Fonts loads the fonts used by the website. It is loaded on every page.
• A public code delivery network loads two animation libraries. It is loaded on most pages, but not on the referral landing pages.
• Google Maps shows the location of our Minchinbury clinic. It is loaded on the Contact page only.
• A content delivery and security network serves the website and may use cookies or similar technologies for security purposes.

This is a description of the services we have checked on this website. It is not a claim that no other service will ever be added, and we review the page when something changes.

What is not on this website

We checked every page type on the site. There is no advertising or retargeting pixel from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or TikTok, and there is no session recording or heat-mapping tool running anywhere.

Controlling cookies yourself

Every major browser lets you see the cookies a site has stored, delete them, and block new ones. The settings are usually under privacy or site settings:

• Chrome: Settings, then Privacy and security, then Third-party cookies and Site settings.
• Safari: Settings, then Safari, then Privacy and security, or Preferences, then Privacy on a Mac.
• Edge: Settings, then Cookies and site permissions.
• Firefox: Settings, then Privacy and security.

Browsing in a private or incognito window also clears what was stored when you close it. Blocking cookies will not stop you using this website, reading any page, or sending us an enquiry.

We review this page whenever a tool is added to or removed from the website. The date at the top is the last time it was checked against what the site actually loads.
