National Care Providers is a registered NDIS provider. The service pages, guides and blog articles on this website are written to explain, in general terms, what our services involve and how the NDIS works.
They are general information. They are not tailored to any one person's situation, funding, diagnosis or goals, and what is right for one participant is often not right for another.
The website is not a consultation
Nothing on this website is an assessment, a diagnosis, a treatment plan or a therapy session. No occupational therapist, physiotherapist, speech pathologist, psychologist, podiatrist or behaviour support practitioner has reviewed your situation on the basis of a page you have read here.
If you are deciding whether a service suits you or someone you care for, please speak with our team or with your treating practitioner before acting on anything you have read.
Our clinicians assess each participant individually. Whether we can take on a referral, and what a program would involve, is decided after that assessment, not from the website.
Enquiries and referrals
Sending an enquiry through our contact page, or a referral through our referral form, is a request to start a conversation. It is not an appointment, and sending it does not mean a place has been accepted or reserved.
Our intake team will be in touch to talk through what you need and whether we can help.
You cannot make a booking or a payment on this website. Both are arranged directly with our team.
If it is urgent
This website is not monitored around the clock, and neither is our inbox. Do not use it to report an emergency or an urgent change in someone's health or safety.

Some pages link to other organisations, such as the NDIS. Those websites are run by other people, and we do not control what they publish or how they change. A link is there because we thought it would be useful, not as an endorsement of everything on the other site.

We take reasonable care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. Our services, team, availability and the way the NDIS operates can all change, so please contact us to confirm anything before you rely on it.
