National Care Providers is a registered NDIS provider in Western Sydney. Our occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech pathologists, psychologists, podiatrists and behaviour support practitioners work as one multidisciplinary team, so a participant with several goals is not left stitching together several providers.

Alongside our NDIS work, our occupational therapists and physiotherapists take referrals from insurers, employers and treating doctors across NSW.
- Rehabilitation – the umbrella service covering case management, objective functional assessment and practical workplace training.
- CTP Case Management – coordinating treatment, insurer communication and return-to-work planning for people injured in a motor vehicle accident in NSW.
- Functional Capacity Evaluation – a structured assessment of what a person can safely do, measured against the real demands of their job.
- ADL Assessment – how an injury affects washing, dressing, cooking, cleaning and getting around, with recommendations for equipment, home modifications and support.
- Manual Handling Training – practical, on-site training for NSW workplaces, delivered by the clinicians who treat the injuries that poor technique causes.
- Ergonomics Training – on-site workplace ergonomics training and workstation assessment for NSW employers.
- CTP Occupational Therapy – functional assessments, return-to-work planning and workplace assessments built around the NSW CTP scheme.
What happens before the first session.
No referral needed
You do not need a referral to contact us. If you have an active NDIS plan we can usually start within days. If you do not have a plan yet, our intake team can talk you through eligibility and the access request.
Every plan type is welcome
Plan-managed, self-managed and NDIA-managed participants are all welcome. We invoice your plan manager directly, so there is no out-of-pocket admin for you.
Clinic, home or school
Our Minchinbury clinic has five purpose-built rooms covering speech therapy, sensory and gym work, occupational therapy, physiotherapy and podiatry. Where it suits the participant better, our mobile team comes to you.
